Are your solar products compatible with my existing solar setup?
Yes, to some extent. Our products are designed to be compatible with a variety of solar setups. Please refer to the product specifications or contact our customer support for specific compatibility information. If you have an outdoor shed or garden room where you want to add solar panels, then it may be better to install a separate system rather than trying to connect it to what you already have.
How do I maintain and care for my solar products?
Solar panels and solar products are generally low maintenance. Regular cleaning and occasional inspections are recommended to ensure they perform optimally. Professional maintenance may also be necessary.
What brands and manufacturers do you carry?
We carry products from reputable solar manufacturers such as Zendure and Austa however we ensure our brands are known for their quality and performance. Check our brands page to discover what we offer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and more. The available payment options will be displayed when you are at the checkout.
Do you provide installation services for your solar products?
We do not offer installation services directly, but we can recommend certified installers in your area who can help you with installation.
What warranty do your solar products come with?
Warranty periods vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product descriptions for warranty details or contact our customer support for specific warranty information.
Can I finance my solar product purchase?
We do not offer any finance plans with our products. If you require any further information about payments, please email us at [email protected] or call us on 01564 793 652.
Do you offer multibuy discounts for solar products?
We do offer certain multibuy discounts on specific products. To see if the product is eligible, this will be highlighted either in the product description or underneath the price. For wholesale prices, please call our office or contact us via email.
What is the delivery and return policy?
Our delivery and return policies are outlined on our website. Please review our policies before making a purchase, and feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions.
Can I order solar products over the phone?
If you wish to place an order over the phone, we will send you a proforma where you will be required to pay the full amount via bank transfer only.
Do you do Click and Collect?
Yes, we do offer a collection service. Simply choose the click and collect option at the checkout or call us for more information. When you arrive, we require a copy of ID, proof of address, and the original order to release the goods.
Can I return faulty items?
Yes, if you have goods that are damaged you must let us know via our returns form or by contacting us at [email protected]. The items will be QC inspected once they arrive back at our warehouse and a full refund will be issued to your account once the details of the damage have been verified. However, we do not take responsibility for any goods transported via third party carrier.
I have seen a product, but it no longer seems to be in stock?
We understand how frustrating it is when you have your heart set on a particular item but when you go to purchase you are informed that the item is out of stock. We add new items to the website every week so if your chosen product is no longer listed you may be able to find a similar item by browsing through the categories listed at the top of the homepage. You can also sign up to be notified once the product is back in stock on the product page.
Do I need to hire an installer?
Most of our products are plug and play meaning you can attach it directly into the mains or appliances without needing permission from the national grid. However, to take advantage of SEG rates, a lot of energy providers require solar panels to be fitted by qualified fitters. Most energy providers require an MCS-certified fitter, however, octopus energy has changed the system, so they just need to be a qualified electrician. It is worth checking with your energy provider about what you need to do to take advantage of these SEG rates.
