1. What is Clearpay?
Clearpay offers a convenient way to shop by providing instant credit, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over four equal instalments. These payments are made automatically every two weeks, with no interest applied (late fees may be charged).

2. How do I use Clearpay?
Shop as usual on The Garden Furniture Centre and proceed to checkout. When finalizing your order, select Clearpay as your payment option. You’ll be redirected to Clearpay’s website to sign up and enter your payment details (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex).
If you already have a Clearpay account, simply log in and confirm your purchase.

4. Who is eligible for Clearpay?
Clearpay is available to UK residents aged 18 and over (excluding Channel Islands) with a UK billing address.

5. How does the Clearpay payment plan work?
Your total order amount is split into four equal payments, made every two weeks. The exact amounts and due dates are displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
You can also make early payments by logging into your Clearpay account, which will adjust your outstanding balance accordingly.
6. What happens if I miss a Clearpay payment?
If a payment is missed, Clearpay will prevent you from making further purchases until the outstanding amount is settled.
You have until 11 pm the following day to make the payment before a £6 late fee is applied. If the payment remains unpaid after seven days, an additional £6 fee is charged. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and at £36 or 25% of the order total (whichever is lower) for larger orders.

7. When will my Clearpay order be delivered?
Orders paid with Clearpay follow the standard The Garden Furniture Centre delivery schedule.
8. Is there a spending limit with Clearpay?
Yes, Clearpay can be used for orders between £0 and £1,500, including shipping. Your spending limit may vary based on your customer status and payment history.
9. Can I combine Clearpay with other payment methods?
Yes, you can use a gift card or promotional code alongside Clearpay.
10. How do I return or exchange an item bought with Clearpay?
Returns follow the standard The Garden Furniture Centre return policy. Refunds are processed through Clearpay, meaning upcoming payments are canceled, and any paid amounts are refunded to your original payment method. However, exchanges or cash refunds are not available.
Until the returned item is received and processed, you must continue making scheduled payments. Check your Clearpay account for details.
